The club must be sensible and only sign quality players that are fully jabbed and not suffering from injuries, they must learn from previous mistakes.

It will be interesting to see what all these postponements will mean to the transfer activity in our division.
Some clubs might feel the need to sell an asset to get some income after a festive season without any home games.

I thought the transfer window didn't open until the 1st January.

Now the transfer window has opened I'm surprised nobody has put up any rumours on who we might be after. Whoever it is I hope we sign them sooner rather than later because we need them now !

They will have identified who they wanted ages ago, it’s a question of filtering out those with injuries and those that are not fully jabbed.RedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 02, 2022 3:41 pm Now the transfer window has opened I'm surprised nobody has put up any rumours on who we might be after. There can be no excuses for not being off the mark from the January start date, otherwise we will be left with the dregs.

True . I can't remember the last time a last minute signing paid off for us .PoundhillO wrote: ↑Sun Jan 02, 2022 3:51 pmThey will have identified who they wanted ages ago, it’s a question of filtering out those with injuries and those that are not fully jabbed.RedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 02, 2022 3:41 pm Now the transfer window has opened I'm surprised nobody has put up any rumours on who we might be after. I hope we're not going to wait until the last minute because that tactic has never really turned out that well for us in the past. We need any new signings ASAPPoundhillO wrote: ↑Tue Jan 04, 2022 1:07 pm Leyton Orient incoming, waiting, waiting, waiting. We must have identified players well in advance , what is hold up ?

The fact that there's this virus going around and a lot of teams are finding themselves short of players is probably contributing to it.PoundhillO wrote: ↑Tue Jan 04, 2022 1:07 pm Leyton Orient incoming, waiting, waiting, waiting. We must have identified players well in advance , what is hold up ?

Learn some patience, because you will only complain when we do make a signing, that its not up to your big shot entitlement standards anyway.

Tyrese Omotoye - Norwich to Carlisle (loan)
Cumbrian boss Keith Millen said “Norwich think a lot of him as a person and as a footballer. They loaned him to Orient for the first part of this season, but he probably didn't get enough game time."
