Re: New Signings
Yep, at least two or three nearly half fit players will be joining us, and should be able to play around Easter!!

Re: New Signings
Between Covid and injuries stringing a couple of good results together is going to be difficult . I hope any new signings we make are able to hit the ground running .

Re: New Signings
Wonder if anyone is likely to go. Also wonder how hard it will be to sign players being as clubs might think they need large squads at the moment

Re: New Signings
transfer committee already on the case, tracking all players who have not played for 12 months, have long term injuries, enjoy a coffee with a limp, fit snugly into a XXXXL shirt, and then pass a very thorough interview !

Re: New Signings
They've already talked about sorting another move for Sargeant so that's one provided there's a taker for him.idontkn0 M wrote: ↑Sun Dec 19, 2021 5:40 pm Wonder if anyone is likely to go. Also wonder how hard it will be to sign players being as clubs might think they need large squads at the moment

Re: New Signings
I spoke with Billy’s mum and she said when he was at secondary school he played football for the school and she thinks he played CM but doubled as goal keeper too when Ciaran Kingsley was out with chicken pox.
Gary’s. Mates told me he played CM for the crown and shuttle Sunday pub league at the arches near commercial street. I think he also scored a few when he played dads v kids.

Re: New Signings
I’d like to think we’ve already identified our transfer targets and have been speaking with them . We need these new signings ASAP before we lose touch with the promotion race.

Bill can play but he has to eat all his dinner first. Also needs to be home by 4.30 as he has to take the dog for a walk.tuffers#1 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 20, 2021 7:53 pmStill didnt answer ,Just ask his mum if he is allowed to play out here ?Frogger wrote: ↑Mon Dec 20, 2021 6:36 pmI spoke with Billy’s mum and she said when he was at secondary school he played football for the school and she thinks he played CM but doubled as goal keeper too when Ciaran Kingsley was out with chicken pox.
