Yes, there's a fair few. Azerbaijan, Australia, Guyana, Suriname, Kazakhstan. Don't think any of those countries would be forced to play countries that would refuse to admit their players into their countries if they played in their own continents though, so less of a good reason arguably.

They even take part in the Eurovision song contest, last time I looked at an Atlas Israel was nowhere near Europe, Because of the not so friendly neighbours surrounding Israel It was felt that Those in the Gazza Strip were more likely to throw bombs at them instead of playing ball or making music, Makes sense or start another local war
