Chief scout is Steve Foster who has a network of ex pros and coaches working for him. Steve has previously worked at Norwich, Fleetwood and Brentford.

I think Martin Ling mentioned quite a while back someone who does his scouting for him. I can't remember who it was though.

Steve Foster has a number of contacts throughout the UK. I think they work on a freelance basis rather than attached to the club.

So Fozzie might get a call about a player from his contact in the midlands Fozzie will do some research and interested travel up and watch the player if he thinks it’s worth progressing he would watch him again with one of the coaching staff and then possibly Lingy would also have a look.
