No. Why do you ask?
The question was about over-rated songs, not artists.
But I don't have any particular problem with Soft Cell, Marc Almond or anything else about him / them if that's what you are getting at.
Not really but kind of .
For example
I love Chrissie Hinds Voice
But really only love 1 of the songs she sung .
Wheras i hated Dylans whiney drawl
But his songs are pretty damn great
when covered by better singers .
Hope that explains the question
Fair enough.
I'm with you on Dylan actually.
Genius of a writer but some of the vocals....blimey!
There's also a wonderful (probably apocryphal) story that whenever he reached for his harmonica at a live gig, the engineers would turn the sound down.

One of the only artists I’ve failed to understand the appeal of is Bruce Springsteen.
"you have to see him/them live" is probably one of the most irritating clichés in music but in Springsteen's case, it's absolutely true.
I've seen him numerous times and in my opinion, nobody comes close on terms of value for money and sheer enjoyment.
I do get that he is a bit 'marmite' though and if you just don't 'get' him, then it's difficult to be converted.
Like Dylan though, he has an incredible ability to write someone's entire life story in a 3 minute song.
Paranoid Android by Radiohead. In fact, I just don't rate OK Computer, and think they have far better albums (In Rainbows, The Bends, Moon Shaped Pool).

Anything by Bowie. To me, he cant sing two successive notes in tune.
Just cant see why he has a following
Must say I was never a fan. Always thought he was something of a chameleon, following trends rather than starting them, although he was very good at it. Last thing of any musical significance he did was Ashes to Ashes, everything else after that was toilet.

Radiohead most overated band ever self indulgent twaddle.
I once had a row with the barman in my local boozer about them he refused to serve me for several months afterwards.
His refrain was but their technically brilliant musicians my response was yes but they can't write a decent song.

I love the track, personally. It's all subjective, of course. In fact, I'd go as far as to say they've struggled to match, or transcend it, since..
Agree completely 'OK' isn't in the Top 3 albums though. 1st half decent, but drops off sharply thereafter.. I would rate the 3 you've mentioned as above it also....
