Re: Coronavirus
Especially for the opposition. But not for those who have to police this.
Anyway, I know of 3 double jabbed people with covid all ill in bed. The vaccine passports will make no difference with the spread, whatever we are told.

Re: Coronavirus
Not sure why I'm bothering really, but it's possible that the alleged 3 people you know might be dead if they hadn't been double jabbed. Ergo anything that encourages more people to be jabbed has got to be a good thing.Still's Carenae wrote: ↑Sun Sep 05, 2021 1:55 pmEspecially for the opposition. I think it will just be on the existing NHS app. I've just checked and mine is already there.E10EU wrote: ↑Sun Sep 05, 2021 4:08 pmBut it will be another 'nice little earner' for Tory party donors and friends.Still's Carenae wrote: ↑Sun Sep 05, 2021 1:55 pmEspecially for the opposition. Re: Coronavirus
I’m assuming it’ll just be on there too.
All you have to do is pretend you’ve had a test at home and it’s clear - let’s hope they stop that.

Re: Coronavirus
Your vaccine passport has nothing to do with home testing - so falsifying your home tests will not be of any help to you.Ronnie Hotdogs wrote: ↑Mon Sep 06, 2021 9:17 am I’m assuming it’ll just be on there too.

Re: Coronavirus
Yes - The NHS app displays your Covid vaccination history, including which type and dates. You can then request for this to generate a QR code which can be scanned by venues to confirm your status.

Re: Coronavirus
Yes - I know that bit, but I was under the impression venues had previously been accepting a Negative home test as condition of entry? I take it that was just something different outside of the ‘passport’?

Re: Coronavirus
Correct, some venues had been doing that, but that was just their own policy not governments and was completely prone to pisstaking. The 'passport' is purely based upon vaccination history.

Re: Coronavirus
You can download and print off.
So what if you don't have a printer?
Ask a friend, neighbour, family member to print it off.
What if I'm a bit of a hermit, live in a cave in Wales and don't like people?
Then you're fecked.

See if you listen to what the scientists actually say , instead
Of what some Doc on GB news interprets what they have said
Youd No already .
If case numbers go up drastically there
Will be pressure on hospitals . If hospitals
Are under pressure , it is inevitable there will be
Further lockdowns .
If the Hospitals arent under pressure there
Probably wont be a lockdown .see pretty much the same as last March really .
Night Night T.Z
The i newspaper said plans had been drawn up to extend the school half-term holiday, if the number of hospitalisations continue at the current level.
The i said a full lockdown was unlikely - but the government could introduce some rules as part of a "firebreak".
However the Department for Education said the report was "not true".
"It is not true that the government is planning a lockdown or firebreak around the October half term," it said in a tweet.
" The prime minister's spokesman also denied the report. He said plans had been kept for a range of scenarios - "but these kind of measures would only be reintroduced as a last resort to prevent unsustainable pressure on our NHS".
Just a quote from the minister

Re: Coronavirus
Its not true YET. Presumably they leaked the idea to check how it goes down with Joe Public first.

Re: Coronavirus
This has been this Government's approach to public comms throughout the whole pandemic. It also acts to warm people up to the idea first before it is officially anounced.Prestige Worldwide wrote: ↑Tue Sep 07, 2021 11:43 am Its not true YET.
