All ITV comedy writing teams now have to contain a female writer.

No more Monty Python, young ones, only fools and horses, black adder and on and on.

The reason for this is that only 1 in 5 scripts submitted are by women. Also quoting the bullying that supposedly goes in male writing group.

Maybe it's just because they have so little comedy.
