O's Somme Memorial - National Memorial Arboretum

The O's Somme Memorial Fund is extremely proud to announce that finance has been secured and permission obtained to have a Memorial installed at the National Memorial Arboretum, Staffordshire, to commemorate the Clapton Orient players, staff and supporters that served in the Great War. The unveiling ceremony will take place on Sunday 24th October, commencing at 2pm. This is a massive achievement, not only for the OSMF, but also Leyton Orient, as this will be the very first memorial to commemorate a football club at the arboretum. Official coach travel will be available.
