There’s no way that whoever was behind characters like taking the mic/Gilso and Thor has simply left this place? No chance.
They’re here, somewhere.

No clues!
As it happens, I know George IRL and whilst I’ve not read all of his COVID posts (and I guess from reactions here that I’m likely to disagree with them), I can say that he’s a more than pleasant fellow who it’s always a pleasure to bump into when I do.
Obviously his identity will not be revealed.

They’re also likely to be on Mungos periodically reminding everyone that I’m a beloved aunt and that this place is the utter pits.
Cest la vie.

Re: Coronavirus
Thanks for the kind words Mr Administrator. The feeling is mutual.
I don’t expect everyone to agree with my views. Covid brings a variety of opinions and always provoke a variety of responses.
At the end of the day , we are all here for the Os and long may it remain so

Cases are on the rise again now - the impact of opening up no doubt coming into effect. Will be interesting to see how high they rise though and how quickly.

Re: Coronavirus
Case numbers have hovered between 25-30k for a few weeks now. It’s the trend that counts. Daily figures taken in isolation mean nothingSmendrick Feaselberg wrote: ↑Tue Aug 10, 2021 4:57 pm Cases are on the rise again now - the impact of opening up no doubt coming into effect. And the trend is that cases have been going up, as expected following relaxation of restrictions.George wrote: ↑Tue Aug 10, 2021 7:09 pmCase numbers have hovered between 25-30k for a few weeks now. Re: Coronavirus
Relaxation of restrictions was almost 1 month ago . From what i can see , the trend is pretty flat. Nowhere near the 200,000 cases predicted as possible by scientists. Needs a little longer to say that cases are rising and are of concernSmendrick Feaselberg wrote: ↑Tue Aug 10, 2021 7:13 pmAnd the trend is that cases have been going up, as expected following relaxation of restrictions.George wrote: ↑Tue Aug 10, 2021 7:09 pmCase numbers have hovered between 25-30k for a few weeks now. Re: Coronavirus
200,000 predicted by Scientists was done for a full re-opening of society .George wrote: ↑Wed Aug 11, 2021 12:28 pmRelaxation of restrictions was almost 1 month ago . Hence why it was pushed back from July 19th to August 19th .
We will see if we are back to normal then or if bodge johnners
