When Gilmour was substituted on Tuesday he was congratulated by Steve Clarke the manager who put an arm around him and patted him on the back, he went back to his seat and hand slapped several of the staff and players, not to mention he went to the dressing room showered and then sat next to team mates on the Scotland bus. I understand the need for Chillwell and Mount to isolate but surely there are some Scots who need to.

You are supposed to have to spend 15 minutes in a closed environment to possibly pass it on. If the person has no symptoms then the viral load is not sufficient unless you are snogging them!

This highlighting the inconsistant covid precautions that PHE seem to be making advise to suit governing bodies and not the people who have to live with it.
