An ok interview with Ross and seems like that for at least the next few months, Ross along with Danny and Jobi will be working hard, with each using their own particular skill sets to steady the ship following the death of Justin. Long term, seems like a wait and see as to what the future holds.

Sounds like it will be management by a committee of Ross, Danny and Jobi, plus Martin Ling upstairs.

I think it can work we need to pull together and try and carry on the great work Justin did and instilled in them all - the model worked for Liverpool back on the 70’s/80’s the old boot room - I know another level but a lot to said about continuity and this is the only way to go for now - if we are in trouble by Nov we have a re-think !

The interview was OK though not inspiring. But a tough one for him to do so need to cut him some slack.

If it has to be kept in-house at the moment, my choice in order of preference would have been Danny then Jobi with Ross last choice. I await to be pleasantly surprised but not holding my breath.
