The club will be where the will be, Jobi wasnt showing any signs of lighting the world on fire, so I doubt this will have any real impact on the future of the club. The last season of Ross and Jobi was probably a mistake too setting the club back a year in development. But whats done is done.

I disagree with what you are saying I could not see enough change from Jobi to Ross. If time was a factor why not give Ross another season to see? He would have built on last season and continuity might have helped like you said.

If Jobi decides to go down the manager route at another club I'm sure he'll prove you and a lot of other people wrong . I just know there's a good manager in Jobi. I think it's a shame he didn't get the chance to manage better new players at Orient.
