Re: Labour Watch
I still can't understand why Orient supporters are standing still and gawping at the Labour Party. When the biggest rogues ever are this Tory Government. I have come to the conclusion you've gotta be thick to support Orient.

Polling seems to be a lot closer in other polls .
Much the same as the last election .

Re: Labour Watch
Ok - it's a polling company set up by a now conservative MP running a poll in a right-leaning newspaper. Therefore the result may well be exaggerated.Currywurst and Chips wrote: ↑Fri Apr 16, 2021 10:03 am "Right wing polling group"
Guess the public aren't that convinced by the Greensill scandal. After all, Text message Gate was leaked by the Murdoch press who we've been told are lying fascist scum
Regardless of getting into a discussion over that, even with exaggerations taken into account, this is pretty poor for Labour.

Ahhhh maaaan, that's some serious déjà vu now to the halcyon days of 2019 when this was the cut and paste response to every Yougov poll that showed Corbyn was heading to electoral disaster.

Heh. But you should know me better by now. I'm not doing Corbyn re-runs here - the sainted JC is about as relevant now as Betamax. I'm more concerned about the current mire Labour finds itself in.Currywurst and Chips wrote: ↑Fri Apr 16, 2021 10:26 amAhhhh maaaan, that's some serious déjà vu now to the halcyon days of 2019 when this was the cut and paste response to every Yougov poll that showed Corbyn was heading to electoral disaster.

Re: Labour Watch
Was a Labour Party Member since Be Bop a Lula was being played on the light programme.
Packed them in when the BOD took the party over and made sure JC was finished.
So thats an old boy who has left.
I note the youngsters are leaving in droves.
So what's the fuss the Labour Party is finished.
Move on with your one one party state.

I was told by people around at the time that Wilson was a bit of a centrist himself and shared the image obsessed TV savvy traits Blair did

I can. The 70s were great right up until the tail end when they stopped giving us milk at school. It was downhill from there.Millennial Snowflake wrote: ↑Sat May 01, 2021 10:23 pm I wasn’t around then but things didn’t seem great under that ‘true’ Labour government did they?
