Park run tribute

Post by RussO »

Was at Walthamstow park run this morning and the marshal took time out at the start to mention Justin and ask everyone to join in for a 30 second round of applause I stood there proud in my black orient training top and was quite emotional as wasn't expecting that, a nice touch from the race marshal well done.

A fun run would actually be a good way to pay tribute to JE and raise funds for his family's chosen cause. The word "run" should be a loose term!

Amble might be a better word.
