I’m not going to blame Jobi because he’s in a strait jacket with the current Os structure which will prevent him having scope to make changes.
I fear the end result will be Jobi’s failure and dismissal with another underLING appointment soon after.
I applaud the management for giving Jobi the chance but they have made the task impossible because of this idiotic persistence with A DOF plus a mountain of hopeless coaches.

Shame on Jobi for taking the job if he knows Ling is pulling the strings, thought he'd be smarter than that.
The tactics and approach to games are appalling, despite Andy Gilson's pleas fans will be turning off it droves if there's not a major change before ST renewal time.

How on earth does Cisse start in front of Hector
Why on earth do the Board think promoting from a failing in house coaching set up will bring us anywhere near the playoffs?
This is the main problem, they'd need to recognise and accept the internal "production line" of coaches / inexperienced managers isn't working and scrap it for a more conventional approach.

Because Ling has assembled as squad that he has told the owners is promotion quality. its definitely a better squad than it is being allowed to show at the moment but its just a very RE squad. Safe, unadventurous with ideas above its station. In this division size, pace and power make all the difference.
We have no focal point up front, no dynamism in midfield and no width when Brophy is played at left back.
I realise Jobi hasn't had the chance to impose his own vision but sticking with Ross built is also doing him no favours.
Lovely ball from Kemp that, in the perfect spot. He looks like he might be a decent transfer, been lively again and getting some decent overloads with Freeman and Brophy down the left. Not saying much, but this is better than Tuesday - we're playing 20 yards further up the pitch so at least the sterile possession is in more dangerous areas.
