Stevenage shot from distance rather floats into Vigoroux's arms, he's back to normal phew

Our pitch is shamefully bad, no wonder hoofball is the preferred method

"lots of square passes but didn't make any progress into Stevenage's half" - match commentator
Sound familiar?

Re: Matchday thread v Stevenage
Has anyone ever asked Clay what he does on a football pitch? I'd love to know the answer. In what way does he impact the game? You're not a tackler, you're never in position to stop a counter, you're not a provider, you don't make penetrating runs, you don't score goals... what do you do exactly?

In his defence, looks like he’s being played out of position as a holding CM tonight alongside Cisse.Eat The Rich wrote: ↑Tue Mar 09, 2021 7:22 pm Has anyone ever asked Clay what he does on a football pitch? Re: Matchday thread v Stevenage
How is our midfield this bad at doing what midfielders are supposed to do?
