The Cowleys or Tisdale either would be fine, all are proven winners.

My mate John, he lives about 50 yards away from the ground - so no travel expenses - deffo a step up from Embers.

Macanuff will probably get it. What about Eddie Newton. London boy.

Cowley brothers as they still have houses in Rayleigh, they could be to expensive but they might relish the challenge and according to Travis on Thursday we are still ambitious and that is why we are now looking for a new manager.

Re: Who do we want as new manger
I can't see the Cowley's entertaining the idea.
But.. give them a call, sell the club, tell them about the investors, the plans, the ideas, where we want to be, incentivise their contracts, if you get us here we'll give you this, get us here and you'll get this.
They'll probably say no but in this current climate we shouldn't rule anybody out or at least not make an enquiry.

It will be Jobi .
You lot don’t seriously think they have already got a external candidate lined up.
Blimey I’ve seen Popes appointed quicker than our lot appointing a manager from outside.

Does Jobi really want it though? He's practically a go to presenter for Sky when he isn't playing for us.
I've no idea what people get paid but I'd say he was probably paid more as a presenter than at Orient.

He’ll be earning peanuts, relatively, at Sky. But obviously that changes if it grows into something more permanent with them.Tent Keague wrote: ↑Sat Feb 27, 2021 6:33 pm Does Jobi really want it though? He's practically a go to presenter for Sky when he isn't playing for us.

Re: Who do we want as new manger
Chris Powell is a good shout. I think he's working at the Spurs academy at the moment so shouldn't be too difficult to get. It would also be cool to be the first club to have a black manager, a black assistant and a black first tam coach.

Re: Who do we want as new manger
Probably a decent coach but I absolutely cannot stand the bloke so it would make supporting the club like hanging out with your best mate and he's annoying as f*ck girlfriend.

We’re all forgetting the process. We need to invite applications and Martin needs to have a chat to everyone
