If working for a new contract doesn’t motivate, then they are in the wrong job. Or rich enough already, or want to get out of the game.Still wrong wrote: ↑Tue Feb 23, 2021 10:46 pmWhat nonsense.BiggsyMalone wrote: ↑Tue Feb 23, 2021 10:42 pm The state of some of you, losing your minds because Leyton Orient aren’t pushing for promotion ffs. We have 6 players signed up for next season and the owners want to chip £500k from the wage bill, we are nowhere near ready to be in league 1.
If Ross goes now (or at any time), Martin Ling has to go. If Martin Ling goes, we’re left with 6 players for next season with no manager and no one to sign the players. Maybe Ling really is the smartest man at the club.
It’s no wonder the players aren’t playing well when most of them don’t know if they’ll be employed in just over 2 months.
I would have thought being unemployed would have been an incentive.

It’s maybe more a case of can we not afford them as we need proven experienced Manager at this level or above if we are to get promoted out of this division.Still wrong wrote: ↑Wed Feb 24, 2021 12:37 pmDon’t think we can afford these two.Stan1972 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 24, 2021 11:49 am It should depend of whether a manager is capable of managing and it's clear Ross is not the man for the job, I think the club has been more than loyal to Ross and it's time to move on and replace him with a real management team.
Cowley Brothers are available if we move fast!!
I think they were on a million between them at Huddersfield.
