I'd give him the next two games, maybe three. He won't be sacked today. So there's no option for me to vote for.

Can we have an option that Ross should have been sacked about 3 games ago so that we had a chance to make the playoff's this season.

Now is the time, there is still time to get into the playoffs with a run, with Ross in charge no chance, it needs to be an instant change tonight/tomorrow

While I don’t like to see anyone lose a job, something has to change and that usually means the manager has to go. The problem isn’t just Embleton though as he is just a symptom of the set up that is currently in place. If he goes, who will come in? not anyone from outside of the club that’s for sure.

Your right Kok, because this set up is just to cozy, isn't it.

It’s becoming really frustrating.

A good way to keep the decent & ambitious out of contract players would be pushing for promotion and playing good football. On the premise that we may get a playoff place this season and if not, we will be pushing next season, they may want to stay.

At present, I don’t think we are really doing anything on the pitch to show we will be there this season or have hope we will next season under current management capabilities. Why would they really stay?

We have the players but our manager is ruining any chance of playoffs and will drive any ambitious players out of the club, even if we offer them improved terms.

I think our ‘settling’ into League one period is over now and should the Ross experiment be.

Get a proper manager in.

As long as Ling Snr is at the club nothing will change. Heard that as long as Dross averages 1.5 points per game he is safe.
The Ling's and the Embleton's are the untouchables.

I think if the club has any ambition then another defeat on Saturday should be his last game.
Put one of the backroom staff in charge for the rest of the season.
If results still don’t improve then they will need to bring in someone from outside, that could mean a complete clearout.

Fourth one, T&T need to call a meeting with Ling & Embleton and give them a rocket to change the playing style and go all out for next couple of games to save their jobs.

If we were at risk of relegation I'd say boot now but we're not that far gone so one more throw of the dice to find a plan B is probably worth a try.

That goes for Senda and the rest of the backroom staff too as we're told it's a group effort so they can't just lay it all on Embleton when it suits. Ling as well needs a bit of a reality check too as he's been the architect of this whole thing going right back to the first manager "search" and the Fletcher debacle.

Ross is going to blame the ref in his post match isn’t he. If he does he needs to have a word with himself. It was a pen, we were given at least 5 free kicks just outside there box, yes, there was a marginal case for a pen on abrahams but 50/50 only. If he stands there blaming other people instead of himself tonight then he deserves it to be the beginning of the end or preferably just the end.

Should never have got the job in the first place, he was not an experienced, proven Manger at this level or above.
The buck stops with our DOF and owners, time to recognise the appalling mistakes made and bring in an experienced, proven Manager at this level and above as they should have done in the first place, with no pre conditions.
