Hills
Pain in the arse aren't they?
I live at the top of one and have to go down it just to go back up it to get to town

And Mrs NES' - but she hasn't agreed with him doing the commute between UK and Oz just for the last 2 series.

Re: Hills
Wasn't there a Hills petrol garage next to the Green Man roundabout and halfway between Leytonstone and Stratford back in the 90s?
My worst proper hills would be Hilly Fields, Old Park Ridings and Snakes Road in Enfield. Absolute killers to run up at any decent sort of speed. There's also a horrible hill when running from Dorchester to Weymouth but I only do that a couple of times a year.

Re: Hills
Katy Hill was seriously fit, had a serious crush on her back in the late 90s. How could I forget her.

Re: Hills
When I lived in a Mediterranean country and was in a running club (social only, not serious) we used to call a steep hill a "... 'kin' hell". I leave you to think what letters the full stops replace.
