He honestly believes we were the better side today, the delusion is strong with this one.

It sounded like we were from the second half commentary. What was the first like? Missed that

Of course we were better team. The problem was that we didn`t take our chances.

We were the better side but that's not saying a lot. The problem is we were not good enough to win.

We nearly always have the most possession, trouble is we don’t do much with it

Second half was better, but he's deluded if he thinks we were ambitious enough. Can't remember a shot first half.

Can we stop criticising his nervous ticks in an interview. We all do stuff to make us feel comfortable in stressful situations.

Criticise anything else but that is ridiculous.

Draw was a fair result to be honest.
We may have had more possession but a lot of it was passing around between our back four.
Vigouroux saved us and Dan Happe in the first half and they hit the bar in the 2nd half.

But in his pre game interview he never touched anything at all, maybe it’s stress?

Our so-called manager is seriously pissing me off now. He bullshits a million words, but says absolutely nothing.

First half, a cure for insomnia only punctuated by another excellent Vigoroux save to prevent us being 0-1 down.

Second half they hit the bar, we had Johnson's chance that the keeper saved and a couple of hopeful pot shots. Not enough to justify saying we deserved to win imo.

Didn’t want to change the formation as we were the better team and didn’t think it would help or benefit us to do so.

He is stubborn beyond belief in a system that does not work for this set of players, yet he thinks it’s the only thing we can play. Sometimes you just need a different shape or different tactic just to shake the game up when you need that little bit something different.

It will cost him his job that is for sure as Kent will fire him of that I’m convinced.

Ross is frightened of his own shadow. He doesn't trust the players, he never has. He just can't bring himself to take a risk. whenever he's interviewed he just looks like he's terrified. Its hard to believe that he inspires any confidence in the group. I'm sure he puts together some interesting training drills but that's coaching. We need a manager, a leader, someone who can grab the players by the short and curlys and drag them over the line. Justin had it. Ross...don't.

You honestly believe possession is an indication of being the better team? Really?

We are top of the possession table. We are not top of the league, far from it. Proof enough.

I’ll update the stats but at home and in possession only Southend and Grimsby create fewer chances than us. We have the lions share of the ball but create very little with it. In fact we are OK, well DJ is, of taking some of the few chances we create.

One of our shots on target was a long range effort straight at the keeper. One of their shots off target hit the woodwork. The best keep save was Vigeroux in the first half.

Agree. I do not know what game he was looking at . It certainly was not the one I was looking at. The thought we were aggressive and created lots of chances and moved the ball quickly we’re deluded. The same every week.

A good manager would have been bitterly disappointed that we managed to only draw at home against a team sitting in 19th place. A good manager wouldn't have been pleased with that first half but Ross said that this was how he expected it to pan out ! A good manager would have thrown caution to the wind to get the winner and change the system. Trouble is that Ross seemed to me that he was modestly happy we hadn't been beaten. This came across in Kemps interview as well . With this 'lets not get beat ' philosophy , and formation that is based on that, it no wonder we are sitting in mid table even though we have a better squad than many.
