Re: What are you Watching Today Part 2
I watched a film on the Horror channel last night called Bait, I suppose it was like Deep Blue Sea but set in an Australian supermarket. The storyline was a bit predictable, the shark ate a few Aussies and then they electrocuted it and lived happily ever after.

Gangs of London- brutal and some very good action scenes
McMillions- slower than trying to order a big mac without gherkins
What we do in the shadows S2- funny stuff
The first team- from the makers of the inbetweeners, similar thing but football team lads.
Race across the world S2- battle of the bus journeys! Entertaining nonetheless

Anyone else watch the Eurovision movie?
I thought it was old-fashioned feel-good fun, with a decent splattering of laughs throughout. Also, Rachel McAdams is lovely.

Finally got round to Succession. Really enjoyable especially the bit where one of sons bought Hearts as a present for his Scottish father only to find out he actually supported Hibs.

Just finished watching The Looming Tower on Amazon Prime. It tells the story of the rivalry between the FBI and CIA in between the bombing of the US Embassy in Kenya and the 9/11 attacks. I highly recommend.

Just finished watch Ted Lasso and I must say it was bloody brilliant. 8.7 rating on IMDb and it’s fully deserved. Hilarious. If you get a chance put it on you will not stop laughing. It’s on Apple TV

It’s A Sin on Channel 4. An incredible but really tough watch.

The Expanse is quite a good sci-fi for those that like to see that the laws of physics still apply.

Lupin, would have preferred subtitles compared to the dubbing, but enjoyable and easy viewing. Plus its keeping her indoors away from Married At First Sight Australia.

Re: What are you Watching Today Part 2
Yes Lupin was very good. You can select French version with subtitles. I never watch with the dubbing.
I am presently in love with Call My Agent, another French series. Very funny and its good to watch something a bit lighter.
Looking forward to Zero Zero Zero, another drug thing from the guy who wrote the excellent Gomorrah.

Re: What are you Watching Today Part 2
I watched that recently. I found myself thinking it over as, like you, just couldn't make my mind up about it. But I think that's the point of the film, it' supposed to make you think. I've since decided that it's decent.

Re: What are you Watching Today Part 2
Even by Sci Fi standards it felt a little silly. Proper b movie acting all around meant I couldn't stick with.
Am late to the Kingdom bandwagon and enjoying it a lot.

Re: What are you Watching Today Part 2
Recently finished Le Bureau on Amazon Prime (Series 3 - 5 are on Sundance but if you're quick you can watch them in the free 7 day trial) - great series
Just started Spiral on iPlayer - quite enjoying it
Also dipping in and out of Utopia on Prime - mad !
Very much looking forward to Zero Zero Zero - if it's half as good as Gomorrah it'll be brilliant.
