Re: Judd on loan to Barnet
Judd started in Barnet's loss to Torquay today. No shame in losing to the table toppers, but good to see him getting some game time. His initial one month loan must be up soon and will probably be extended with the logjam of fixtures Barnet are facing.

Barnet are pretty poor though tbf. Just be good for him to get some regular gametime to see what he really is.

Re: Judd on loan to Barnet
Ending up at the bottom of the National Leaue must have been a shock. If he plays well and consistently for the rest of the season that will be good for all parties really and we'll learn a lot about him (including fitness wise and alleged commitment to the game and lifestyle).tuffers#1 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 30, 2021 5:24 pmWe know what he is Like as A Footballer.Smendrick Feaselberg wrote: ↑Sat Jan 30, 2021 5:17 pmBarnet are pretty poor though tbf. Questioning a players ability is one thing. But questioning their professionalism or work ethic is as low as you can go.

Re: Judd on loan to Barnet
In the way that Judd was left out of the starting squad for ages, now you may choose to believe that Judd's hamstrings had gone.
I, on the other hand, think there was a confrontation with RE about something, because funny isn't it, as soon as they could offload Judd,
his hamstrings healed up as if by magic, strange that innit.

Re: Judd on loan to Barnet
Two games in a few days is a pretty decent indicator of his fitness, though hopefully he can hold out as they have a number of games to make up.

Re: Judd on loan to Barnet
Ross said on interview on multiple occasions that there was no conspiracy theory, it really was his dead leg hamstrings. I'm sure Ross wouldn't lie so blatantly.Chicken Dhansak wrote: ↑Wed Feb 03, 2021 9:42 am In the way that Judd was left out of the starting squad for ages, now you may choose to believe that Judd's hamstrings had gone.

Having a confrontation with the manager isn't the same thing as having an attitude problem, is it. I'd be more worried about someone's attitude if they didn't speak up.

Well, 3 and a third games (with a good few weeks between the 30 minute cameo and the three games).Ronnie Hotdogs wrote: ↑Wed Feb 03, 2021 9:52 amIt it literally a miracle.

But moving on from the pedantry, it's actually 3 games in 8 days that he has played rather than 2 in four as I said previously so that definitely is a good indicator of his fitness.

Really? Professionalism and work ethic is part and parcel of being a pro footballer. However these sort of comments are pure conjecture - we really dont know the inside story.Ronnie Hotdogs wrote: ↑Wed Feb 03, 2021 8:58 amWhat a disgusting comment.tuffers#1 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 30, 2021 5:24 pmWe know what he is Like as A Footballer.Smendrick Feaselberg wrote: ↑Sat Jan 30, 2021 5:17 pm

As many games with them as in 12 months with us. Truly a medical miracle.Smendrick Feaselberg wrote: ↑Wed Feb 03, 2021 9:58 amWell, 3 and a third games (with a good few weeks between the 30 minute cameo and the three games).Ronnie Hotdogs wrote: ↑Wed Feb 03, 2021 9:52 amIt it literally a miracle.

I assume the usual suspects are referring to the derogatory comments Ling snr made about him during that interview.

Just trawl back through the Old O's shows

You mean like this one? Pretty poor taste for the club to be putting stuff like this out on their official channels. Tantamount to bullying.

Or you mean like this one?
When the Director of Football publicly states, whilst sniggering, that Myles isn’t the brightest.
Tantamount to bullying.
Hopefully that links takes you to the right episode, if not it's episode 200. Unless you have a spare 160 mins, can I suggest you ffwd straight to 2hrs 42 mins. The interviewer reads out a question 'Has Myles Judd progressed as much as he should?' The answer given is 'Myles needs to learn how to become a footballer' and then 'Myles isn't the brightest person' which produces much sniggering all round.
