Personally, only once as a school kid after some name calling. Cut my knuckle and I dont think the person I hit was devastated.

Haha. Exactly the same thing happened to me when I was about 16 at a youth club. I have done a lot of karate since then but despite it being full contact, it is below the head. My mate got Koed with one punch to the face in faces nightclub once. That was kind of funny as he was unconscious for about 10 minutes.

Bloke was over 6’ at 24 and me a mere 5’8”.Always kept picking on me for some reason..Playing football one time we both kicked the ball at the same time.Somehow it took off into orbit with a spin.Landed in the gypsy site at the back of our school so it was goodbye ball.Cut a long story short,this w@nker started pushing me,then grip the collar of my blazer and shook the hell out of me saying it was my fault.I don’t where it came from or how but I remember giving him the biggest slap across across the face ever! Then punched him a couple of time.He was shocked and didn’t/couldn’t do anything.from that day on he left me alone! I joined the Army at 16 and haven’t seen him since

This at 13. Turned out my "victim" was some sort of youth boxing champion. I took my beating like a child and tried to claim that he had some sort of unfair advantage. Like having the ability to fight or something.
