Giving an abbreviated reply. No layman is privileged to the facts here. Papers will be released several years hence. Only information is available from sources already released, numerous books written on the subject of Blake and his. associates . You cannot readily believe anything released by the Russians spies supposedly executed.
Written about on 1 side or the other as nobody
Kniws for sure what side they are on .

Jim McLean gone, Dundee United manager in their 80s glory years. Been unwell (dementia) for a while, mind.
For a few years, McLean’s side and Fergie’s Dons looked like they might provide long-term competition for the Old Firm, but sadly it was just a blip. But what a great Tangerines side that was. He was your stereotypical dour, Scots sergeant major type, but his team at its best could play brilliant football.
Even Eastie the Dundee fan and Maxy with his constant Runners-Up Utd digs might have to give him some grudging respect.

Bill Shankly on Tommy Docherty;
"I once told Tommy that if we had five Bill Shanklys & five Tommy Dochertys, plus a goalkeeper, we'd beat the world. Tommy said: 'If there were five Bill Shanklys & five Tommy Dochertys, we wouldnae need a goalkeeper.'"

R.I.P Former Britain’s Fattest Man and Birmingham City Fan , Barry Austin , one pie too many it seems had led too life long health issues. Was a character when I saw him in a documentary once. Sad.

Nope. Hated it when they came to Fir Park in the 70s and early 80s.slacker wrote: ↑Sun Dec 27, 2020 9:43 am Jim McLean gone, Dundee United manager in their 80s glory years. Been unwell (dementia) for a while, mind.

I played in a team that had two youth players who spent the week in Dundee training with Utd and played for us at the weekend. They feared Jim.
One of them went on to play for Motherwell. The other one went to Oldham and broke his leg in his first season and never played again.

Re: Births Deaths And Marriages
Michael McKevitt has died.
He was a Provisional IRA 'quartermaster', but left in 1997 and formed the jovial Real IRA dissident group. He was eventually convicted of terrorism offences in 2003, but released from prison in 2016 due to failing health.
I'm sure this one won't split opinions.

Great Liverpudlian pop star. As well as Tijuana Taxi as I'm half Liverpudlian I want "Ferry Across the Mersey" at my funeral. A moving song.
RIP Gerry

So sad to hear, great singer and super personality, remember him supporting all the Hillsborough victims, said it all about his credibility.

Scored two goals in the first game I ever saw at Brisbane Road. A 2-2 draw with Man City in 1966.
RIP Colin Bell.
