Christ on a bike, at his level you should always assume that a call may be being recorded as the norm. If you at least begin the call by asking the person on the other end of the phone "is this being recorded?" and they say no then that puts them in a difficult position legally (I'd also lay money that Trumps team were recording the call at their end). However, nothing detracts from the fact that what Trump did was corrupt, illegal and incredibly stupid. No surprises there then.

That it's only the states he lost that are bent? That republican controlled legislatures generally gerrymander like hell but couldn't swing it this time?
