A builder who lives around the corner to me both his parents are in their early 80’s both healthy other than age. Both had covid jabs and after two days they went downhill rapidly, both are now in hospital seriously ill. I hope they both recover, but it’s chilling when you hear this first hand.

Re: Coronavirus
Blimey! Do you happen to know how many people in the first few weeks had serious reactions to the jabs? I heard on here in the 'Vaccine, BS' thread that it was 5500. But that hasn't been confirmed despite repeated requests. That's the sort of thing that would be helpful to know so I can share it.Thor wrote: ↑Fri Jan 01, 2021 5:27 pm A builder who lives around the corner to me both his parents are in their early 80’s both healthy other than age. Over 1 million mark so far - Pfizer Covid jabs reached today. Another 500,000 scheduled on Monday using the Oxford vaccine plus more Pfizer Jabs - well on the way to completing Phase 1.

Don’t know they are trying to work it out. Is it a reaction to the vaccine? Is it covid brought on by the vaccine? It’s serious though.Apple Wumble wrote: ↑Fri Jan 01, 2021 5:30 pmIll with what? I read we only have stock of 500k jabs total at the moment, are you saying they'll administer them all in a day?

From Monday 500,000 Oxford Jabs available. They are obviously not going to do them all on one day are they. but we are all allowed a typo from time to time.Prestige Worldwide wrote: ↑Fri Jan 01, 2021 6:20 pmWhat do you mean 500,000 scheduled on Monday?Top of the JES wrote: ↑Fri Jan 01, 2021 5:38 pm Over 1 million mark so far - Pfizer Covid jabs reached today. Re: Coronavirus
A Retired GP friend has given up trying to become a volunteer after getting to about halfway through 20 odd forms to fill in. Started asking her about diversity and fire training! Then she has to watch things on line. She has been giving jabs all her working life.
Few months ago nobody really knew anyone with Covid , last 7 days. My daughter has it , three friends are in Whipps or King George’s with it and heard of 6 other people I know. Getting far more prevalent.

The government wants as many of us vaccinated as possible, so they are going to suppress any information that might stop people taking up the vaccine

Re: Coronavirus
It was 5500 in the first week or two apparently. Serious reactions. Confirmed by Thor, and said originally by the CDC. He has the original information somewhere, if you ask him for it. He's just about to go and get it.ComeOnYouOs wrote: ↑Fri Jan 01, 2021 6:46 pmIve been trying to find figures to show how many have had a bad reaction, but these figures dont seem available.PoliticOs wrote: ↑Fri Jan 01, 2021 5:32 pmBlimey! I can see why they have pressed the regulatory body to approve their plan as it will allow more people to get 1 shot than a smaller number have both.
The question remains will it work? Pfizer says their vaccine does not work like that, Oxford have not said anything yet, but previously they did say they found that the first shot was 60% effective however when the 2nd dose is added 2 weeks later it raised it to 90% which they then moved up to 95% on what basis who knows.
Letter from Sir Simon Stevens
Click the pdf further down its all confirmed there. Let me guess you will.still argue you're right even when it is in black and white.

Yeah. Covid is brought on by the vaccine. You're best off not taking it.Thor wrote: ↑Fri Jan 01, 2021 5:39 pmDon’t know they are trying to work it out. Is it a reaction to the vaccine? Graph- So they're having to find 20k+ spare beds
Vaccine- takes a few weeks to have effect I believe

Re: Coronavirus
None of the drug companies have claimed 100% protection for their vaccines, particularly if the second dose is yet to be taken.
Statistically there are bound to be people who have the vaccine and still get covid (as the replies to the tweet also point out), as there will be people who have the vaccine and die within a few days of having it.
Nothing to be concerned about.

Re: Coronavirus
As has been stated Thorby
Protection wont be effective for nearly 2 weeks almost .
Obviously had the virus before vaccination as was stated yesterday
https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nc ... -work.html
CDC clearly states vaccines take time
Its why hovernments now want to
Get as many people vaccinated with some form
Of protection than just some
3 weeks for 1 may not save lots of lives
1 part vaccine could !

Re: Coronavirus
It’s uneducated nuts like Thor that make the genuine questions and concerns normal people might have seem less and less legit.
If you don’t understand why under unprecedented lockdown and social distancing, there might be less people getting things like flu that fill up beds in a normal year then give up now.

I’m not saying you are wrong with being skeptic all, especially about this vaccine. But it invalidates your good points when you post other random sh*t that can be debunked with 5 seconds of consideration.
