President Trump is visiting the United Kingdom to commemorate the 75th anniversary of D Day. Over 6,600 Americans were killed or wounded on 6 June 1944 and, overall, more than 400,000 Americans died in the Second World War. They actually fought real Nazis and Fascists. Why do you think that. I’ve voted Labour more times than any other party and am, as many know, a huge fan of Blair and new Labour. If TB was leader of Labour today it would be a much better party and probably in Downing Street now.

I'd actually agree that it is the role that's invited. However, we also live in a society where we can protest against anything we believe to be wrong. A lot of people disagree with or dislike Trump because of his policies, in his role as President. It's impossible to dissociate the actions of Trump and the US President. They are the same and open to criticism and protest.

I'd strongly disagree with any consideration of the US being our greatest Ally under Trump. I'm afraid those days are over. When Trump considers the UK he is only looking at how how he can screw us on a Trade deal or negotiate for US firms to take over our institutions - at least the ones where they can make a fast buck.
