Really? Time to go easy on the hysterical hyperbole.

Re: FAO under 25 year olds
They’ve got millions of kids following them, so could be a good opportunity to sell some merch or get lots of Twitter followers for the club. Could be a mini-money-spinner if they persuaded a few hundred to watch one of our match streams. In reality, they’ll probably just do a video playing Fifa as Orient and laughing at how crap our players are.

Re: FAO under 25 year olds
I believe they make what you know as fleeces or flannelette cardigans but put writing on them so they don't get lost. They film themselves modelling them and put it on you tube (which is on the Internet)

Seen that they sell clothes and will be trying to flog some of their wares to our fanbase via the match day streams.
I hope they do XLs.

Re: FAO under 25 year olds
FTC Jnr burst into the parlour at Admin towers on Saturday excitedly announcing this "news". The very blank face he got in response seemed to deflate him somewhat.
I think this may go against any lasting credibility I hold in the eyes of my 14 year old offspring.

Mine are a bit younger than that, and didn't have a scooby when I asked them. In fact, one of them is mad for a bit of YouTube gaming palaver, and had no idea. I guess the target age group for this mob is teenagers then... is this the 21st century equivalent of that cheap season ticket initiative of the Hearn era?

I recognise the KSI. Saw him in a boxing match. Steady Eddie compared it to Ali Frazier.

Good on the club for this sort of thing though. This is exactly where everything is going in business and sport (albeit for a short time mind) so good on us for going for it.
It's gonna be cringe. Can't wait.

This is what it will most likely be to begin with, but plenty of opportunities here given their profile. You only need to look at the success Hashtag United to see YouTube is an absolute goldmine for generating revenue.Wally Banter wrote: ↑Mon Nov 16, 2020 8:17 am They’ve got millions of kids following them, so could be a good opportunity to sell some merch or get lots of Twitter followers for the club. Orient are absolutely streets ahead of any other team I’ve seen at our level in the social media space. Massive props to whoever is running that side of operations

Re: FAO under 25 year olds
It's kinda like Beelzebub's attempt at the Orient TV show but with people who are well known online instead
As above the social media and commercial side is up there with clubs much larger than us, to get Harry Kane and Sidemen in the same season is some going.
Problem is going to be when we draw people in from the great promo work, serve up dross on the pitch then they don't come back.

Just got to get the club doing some idiotic challenges to upload to YouTube, then watch the money roll in.
Any ideas?

Talking to my teenagers, they all know who they are and it appears this is a smart move by the club.

Re: FAO under 25 year olds
They started off streaming computer games (mostly Fifa) and then came together as a group. They produce a lot of content and the football related videos have been filmed at Orient (a few of them live in Stratford). I’m 33 and find them fairly entertaining, I enjoy some of their content.
It will be interesting to see what the deal is. I can’t imagine it will be matchday related. None of them support Orient either.

Re: FAO under 25 year olds
They have done a video on Youtube showing their football skills. Been filmed at our ground recently and they are all wearing our kits. 144,000 have seen the video. Our highlights versus Colchester have ben seen by 1,279 so great exposure for the club with them
