Labour can't see the elephant in the room. Corbyn is a vile obnoxious racist, the British people don't want someone like that as Prime Minister.

I don’t plan on reading more than one line anyway but is there any chance you can write full sentences going forward? Everytime you contribute, and i use that word in the loosest term possible, what you say is virtually unreadable.tuffers#1 wrote: ↑Mon May 27, 2019 1:14 am The moves have been clear for a long time Thor.

The bloke on question time the other night who made this comment regarding British steel.
The Chinese have produced more steel in the last 2 years than the uk has produced in its History.
Think about that for a minute .......
Nobody can compete with them & those numbers.
But nobody can really do much because the Chinese own everyones debt.
This splits of far right & far left are being played hard .
In the free world the rise of the hard right & the anger is being fuelled
Israel is a major player in this as always because of where it is based .
Islam is rising & those in military power seem quite happy to let them plan & carry out there attacks short term
Why because it fills the world with fear.
The Banks , the governments & the establishment in General have lost control of US the general public.

War is coming , its Gaurenteed profit .

No doubt the Russians The Americans & probably the Chinese.

Sounds a bit populist. Do either party have any views of their own?slacker wrote: ↑Mon May 27, 2019 9:43 am Basically, leave and remain parties split down the middle again, with the Tory vote gutted and fudging Labour given a kick up the backside too.
No doubt the 2 major parties will furiously be doing calculations the next few days to see whether they should go hard leave to bring back the Farridge voters (Tories), or be clearer about calling for a confirmatory public vote (Labour). After all, you don’t need to win much more than 35% of the popular vote at a GE to form a government, and that will dictate their re-positioning on the brexit issue.

Re: Euro Votes
It's all kicking off in Sweden. A loud firecracker was thrown near the crowd at a political rally with Jimmie Åkesson, leader of the Sweden Democrats. It's the second such incident in two days.

I wonder if all the people on here who thought it’s ok to throw a milkshake over Farage think that it’s ok to throw a firecracker? Be interesting to see what they say on this point.StockholmO wrote: ↑Tue May 28, 2019 2:10 am It's all kicking off in Sweden. Re: Euro Votes
I agree that would be interesting.
While we're canvassing opinions, it would also be interesting to see if people on here who support Farage and Yaxley-Lennon can tell the (quite obvious) difference between an object that can cause injury and disfigurement from an object that causes humiliation and embarrassment.

Again people are missing the point. Its not necessarily what is thrown at whom but the fact that anything can be thrown and hit a politician.StillSpike wrote: ↑Tue May 28, 2019 10:35 am I agree that would be interesting.

I personally couldn't stand John Prescott but it wasn't right when he got egged years ago.
That people can evade any security measures and hit someone with an object is what should be taken seriously not making it dependant on the person involved and the object thrown.

Re: Euro Votes
Remainers seem to find it hard to accept that Leave has won another vote on Brexit. The country is behind leaving the EU and I don’t see anything that suggests otherwise.
I think Piers Morgan has hit the nail on the head with his tweet which said.
In a late change in to how football is won, Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenhams points are added up and London is now he official champions of the premier league.

Re: Euro Votes
When you find yourself fighting on the same side as Piers Morgan, it may be time to reconsider your position.
If you think that explicitly pro remain parties receiving a higher proportion of the vote than explicitly leave parties means the country is fully behind leave, then I get how you arrived upon your definition of unanimous. Maybe Lib Dems and greens making huge gains at council election, on top of the EU results, signals that people in large parts of the country are trying to say can we bail out of this cluster f***?

So much crap being spoken on this subject.
Are we going to be in a position in future general elections where the winning party are prevented from forming a government because the other parties votes added together show that the majority didn't vote for them?

Re: Euro Votes
I thought Morgan’s comment was funny. However, he’s posted it on the basis of remainers moaning about the results.
It’s interesting that people are saying remain won cos if you add up the percentages then they won. Step forwards for example Tony Blair. So once again it’s remainers moaning about a democratic vote.
