Gunnersauras sacked!

Got to feel for the bloke in the suit. 27 years of service and he’s out on his ars* to save costs. Meanwhile Ozil sits on his ars* collecting £350k a week. I don’t mean to single out Ozil but it’s a stark example of the extreme financial inequality of top flight football.
This will be happening at clubs across the country as long serving employees will be binned to save funds.
It’s also a sneak peak into what is going to happen across the country as the furlough scheme comes to an end and millions are made redundant. Those at the top will still collect their wages/return on investment whilst the workers at the bottom will be out.
It’s already happening at my company. 25% of the staff being made redundant this week. Not because we aren’t turning a profit, but because expected returns are much lower than the shareholders were expecting in Jan. the employees will suffer long before those at the top will.
2020 has been bad, but the economical fall out in 2021 will be a lot, lot worse.

Re: Gunnersauras sacked!
He is only a mascot after all and he has no Gooners to annoy at the moment. Maybe Arsenal are going to sign a cheaper person to do it from a lower division, I can name a few candidates for the job who run around looking stupid on a Saturday afternoon.

Re: Gunnersauras sacked!
Gunnersaurus hasn't been sacked. Without wanting to sound all Donald, that's just fake news. He'll be back when fans are allowed into the ground.

Re: Gunnersauras sacked!
Ozil has just tweeted that he has offered to pay Gunnersaurus' salary during this period as long as he is still on the books at Arsenal.
