Decent finish, just need to fast forward to 1:44.

Left totally unmarked by the defenders but gets in behind them and a good header past the keeper.

Really happy for him. Hope he does well at QPR.

Seen some pretty bitter and mean comments about his transfer from Charlton fans on social media (waste of money/he’s useless) which I find somewhat baffling. He scored 11 goals in a relegated side last season. Not bad at all really.

Really do wish him the best of luck.

Without seeing him play, it’s impossible to comment. But I’m not surprised that he’s split opinion there - we know he’s not a natural finisher and misses chances. We even had some who didn’t rate him when he was here.

He’s a goalscorer. Whatever level he plays at, even if he doesn’t play that well, he’ll score you goals. Pleased for him.

I get what you mean, but come on! The stats speak for themselves. Just another case of football fans living in cloud cuckoo. You’re a relegated team, what do you expect? Someone banging in 20+ goals? If 11 goals in a relegated side disappoints you then I promise you that Bonne wasn’t the issue.

Football fans can be extremely stupid sometimes.

A lot of Charlton fans don’t like or rate him, just yesterday one of the dads at training said to me he’s useless I’m glad he’s gone. I reminded him that he got a decent amount of goals in a relegated team for a club in complete turmoil, he replied yeah fair enough.

I also know a Charlton player and he rated him, players know if you’re good or not.

Finally I’m really pleased for him as he was a massive player for our club, scored goals for fun and he was I beleive the first since the great kitchen to get 20 league goals. Bone I do beleive will always be remembered fondly by real fans of our club. I hope he does well.

1 in 3 strike rate in a relegated team having jumped up 3 divisions is pretty good in my book.

There’s only a handful of mumps here who didn’t rate him, of course he’ll be remembered fondly. Wouldn’t be surprised to see him back in a few years time to see his career out.

This. Wholehearted player with a fantastic attitude. A few more could copy his example in terms of fitness, commitment and willingness to learn.

''And shook hands with Robert Mugabe.''
As have many others including lots of world leaders. Bonne has played for the Zimbabwe national team so if he did indeed shake hands with Robert Mugabe whilst he was in Zimbabwe playing for the national football team, then he wouldn't have had much of an option as to whether or not to shake hands with the Countries leader would he !! So give the guy a break !!
