Any ST holders received their streaming code yet?

Hey Spike, has your dad already got an account with the club (i.e did he order ST online)?

That'll be the first step, but i'm afraid I did that a while ago, so not sure of the process.

Thanks Al. I suspect not - I do know that he sent a cheque (I had to look those up) for his ticket so I'm guessing he just wrote in - he's forgotten how he applied. He'd been concerned that it hadn't be cashed and worried that he'd not renewed (for the first time in decades). I DM'd Danny on twitter and he seems to have chivvied things along as the cheque got cashed and Dad got a "Thanks for your Committment..." email a day or two ago.

The mail I just received does have instructions, but I haven't checked through them yet to see how idiot-proof they are (if they aren't I will definitely stress test!).

Just did it. Got to be honest, it could be a bit clearer.

You get the email, click on the link to get your code, and a small window opens with your code in it.

Then you're supposed to go back to the email, and click on the 'activate' link,

When you click on the link, you need to log in to your Orient account with your username/email and password, then you get to a page where 'Redeem your code' is right at the bottom after a bunch of other stuff about upcoming games. This is the bit where I wondered if it was the right place.

Enter your code in the box, you should get a message saying 'code redeemed'. That's it

Whether this will work when I come to use it is anyone's guess

Is it one code for the whole of the season, or will it be sent for each match ?

One code for the whole season. It adds a pass to the Subscriptions called 'stvoucher20'.

One tip from me - clicking the "Activate your code" button when you get your code goes to the Leyton Orient website in the same browser tab, rather than opening in a separate tab. I'd therefore suggest writing the code down or taking a picture of the screen before clicking the button. As far as I can see, you can't get the code again as clicking the link in the email a second time goes straight to the Orient website rather than the code (as o-no found out).

First league game is not until 19th but first home game is this Tuesday v Plymouth in Carabao Cup - and that's the 'must win' if we're to play Spurs. First 2 home cup games have always been included with season tickets so access to streaming of Tuesday's game should be free. Posts so far don't lend confidence

Playing Spurs at home in a cup game would be a guaranteed full house but we can't go

Streaming football is not for be, I will be groundhopping round the local non league games until lockdown 2 hits

I'm guessing kids get an access code too.

I have two season cards and should be able to get free streaming for home games?

Could anyone point me in the right direction to activate this please?

Purchasing the game for £10 is very easy of course ^.-

You should have received an email titled ""Here is your Season Card Holder code, to access Orient TV"" Keep that handy

Log into your Orient TV account (I did this all on laptop rather than tablet/phone btw)

Go back to your email and Click the button to show your code. *take a note of the code" (I copied it to the clipboard too - Ctrl-C)

Click Activate your code and it should take you to your Account

Right at the bottom of the Packages (I think) page, after all the options to pay money, there's an easily-missed box called something like "Got a discount code?". Paste (Ctrl-V) your code into that box and click OK - you should get a message saying that your subscription has been updated.

From then on, hopefully, you should be able to watch the home matches.
