Watching the Os stream - basic question

Post by ContrifibulatoryFred »

Good morning all

I have bought my season ticket and will be watching home games via live stream. As someone who is not tech savvy would this mean that I have to watch the game via a laptop or pc, rather than on telly

Any advice, and routine pee-taking, will be appreciated

Cheers

Like you I'm not great with tech. Last season I watched a couple of away games through my laptop which I connected to my tv.

I don't have a smart TV, so I may be wrong, but you can access the internet through them I believe.

If you've got a bog standard one, then you'll need to connect your laptop and use the TV as a monitor.

You can connect your laptop to your TV if you've got the right leads. You need an HDMI port at both ends of the lead I believe.

If you have a smart TV you can cast to, or a chromecast you can do that. If not, if your laptop and Tv have hdmi ports you can use an hdmi cable

For the love of God, don’t forget to download Dreamweaver and run it through your Gavin filter before the game starts.

Hello fellow Kent person!

I am currently in Tenerife (LOOK AT ME) and I want to watch the game, I had no issues sorting the account and putting my code in etc but I have downloaded the iPad app and although I can sign in, it won’t let me watch any of the past videos so I am concerned about the game later. Do I have to use the app and if so do I need to use a VPN?

Hi there,

Sorry I’m not tech savvy so hopefully some else will be able to answer your question.
