I believe that Embleton knows what he is doing tactically.

Before Embleton was appointed I was hoping we would appoint a Manager with some good managerial experience behind him . As time goes by Embleton he's gaining that experience and is growing into the Manager I was hoping for so I'm very pleased with him . ( I know his title is actually Head Coach but for me he's the Manager ) A side issue, every time I type in R oss it reprints as Boss . Has anybody else noticed that . That's why I've used his surname instead of his first name.

Agree about Ross, he's really growing into the role. You can see the difference in his interviews over time.

Ross
Its like a school playground in here with the way some act,
Changing the name of the clubs manager.
I dont know why ADMIN allows it.

I agree that he appears to be getting more Gaffer-like in his interviews which is a great plus IMO.
