Given that around 300 e-mails need to be sent, the club have not always been great with technology and some O's fans are even worse, it seems brave to leave it until the afternoon before the first game. Could get messy!

You don't think they write an individual email for each fan do you? They will have a system that does it.

First league game is not until 19th but first home game is this Tuesday v Plymouth in Carabao Cup - and that's the 'must win' if we're to play Spurs. First 2 home cup games have always been included with season tickets so access to streaming of Tuesday's game should be free. Posts so far don't lend confidence

Just got mine now but disappointed that it says "Please note this code WILL NOT give you access to any Sky Bet League Two AWAY MATCHES OR CUP TIES" yet previous season tickets did have the first two home cup games included. And the season ticket price this time was essentially the same as previously so this is a reduction in value. Not pleased

Request for help.

I was talking to my Dad earlier about this, as he had confirmation earlier in the week that his Season Card had been renewed. I told him that I understood he'd be able to watch the home games for free, but wasn't sure what hoops he'd have to jump through to do so. Can I assume from this thread that he's likely to have received another email today with a code?

Given that a) he's 91 and doesn't really do any sort in technology later than the VCR, b) Mum (81) can do a little bit more and has a laptop and an Android tablet, and c) I'm 500 miles away and can't do it for him, my request is this:

Can some kind soul please post here a set of simple steps that I can send on to Mum in order for her to set it up for him? Does she need a website link, or is it an app?

Any help very gratefully received.

Im pretty sure luke said for us to be loggin on before 2.30 for the 1st game
