Thought Daves interview with Jobi told us why Jobi is our club captain. He spoke with authority, his enthusiasm for the game as big now as it was 20 years ago and how he dealt with and handled himself during the trauma of the FB era deserves nothing less than respect.

super show
I thought Jobi spoke with such knowledge, motivation and leadership
I think the players who are on the field playing with him or being coached with him are privileged be working with such a pro.
He sounded like a manager

Jobi will no doubt have a successful career whatever direction he takes, probably media. Never met R-oss and he comes accross as a decent guy who i wish every success as manager of Orient.
The one thought that would always stay with me if Jobi leaves sometime this season or whenever is...could he have done the job. He just comes accross as a leader.
Anyway lets hope for a successful season.
