I know it's a while ago, but during out relegation season Judd was voted the young player (U18) of the season for the whole of league 2, so there's definitely something about him. I think it's taken a while for him to get his confidence back, but there's definitely a great player in there, we just need some good coaching to get it out of him
He was voted League 2 apprentice of the year which is different to best young player, it reflects work in the community and quite a bit of non football stuff I believe.
At the moment he is too impetuous he needs more maturity, he could become a good full back but at the moment we have two players in Judd and Ling who are not really consistent enough.

Just a different way to motivate. It might be right for those players who are not listening or taking in the training ground criticism.
