Watching that spat unfold was pure entertainment. And it's payback for those that play identity politics. It's divisive, and divides and subdivides until it sets everyone against each other. It's practitioners end up only seeing their differences instead of what unites them.
Owen Jones has been more then eager to dish it out in the past, so he's had this coming. Hopefully he'll learn from this, as he's clearly an intelligent chap.

(Pretty sure that 2 minor lefties having a twitter spat isn't the reason the right keep winning, though).

Re: Labour Watch
To be fair to her, I don't read her tweet as antisemitic, but as an attempt to align her perception of the working class struggle under what she also perceives to be a fascist ruling elite. Or something. But it's irrelevant as she is not very bright and really doesn't matter.
Owen Jones, on the other hand. What a bell-end. He once showed a lot of promise, with his defence of the working class (Chavs).

I mean, I see the clumsy point she's trying to make but I make Owen right. Comparing Brexit, even when trying to prove a point about our inept government, to a sign above a death camp where people were literally worked to death is incredibly offensive and disrespectful.

I’ve no sympathy for Owen as he’s spent the last 5-6 years trying to get people cancelled for having the wrong opinion. However I’ll still respect him more than most on the far left as he’s at least capable of forming a coherent argument even if he acts like a pompous tw*t when challenged on it

I can't speak for those who are upset.
But in my opinion what he's said is nonsense. The tweet from the canary lady isn't anti-semitic.

Re: Labour Watch
Of course not. Using probably the most common German phrase associated with the Holocaust isn’t the slightest bit anti-semitic.
Only a racist or an idiot would use it.
Which one is she?

Can you please explain exactly how it is anti Semitic?
Is saying ‘Holocaust’ anti Semitic?
Only a snowflake or a wum would say it is. Which one are you?

He's probably just another right-wing Blairite smearer though right?
