North Korea and Dogs

Post by Thor »

.rocket man has previously banned people from owning dogs. In a recent move he had all dogs confiscated in Pyongyang and it was thought given to restaurants to use as meat as he saw dogs as a part of capitalist decadence. Maybe some on here will agree with this stance with some of your far left views 😁

Meanwhile half the country is facing widespread food shortages. Thats communisim for you.

West Side story, this is a factual post not based on a conspiracy with facts provided by the UN. Hope that helps your old mind rest east when reading this.

North Koreans eating dogs really bothers me, North Koreans eating other North Koreans doesn't.

Amundsen beat Scott to the Antarctic because Scott took horses, which couldn't make it to the pole.

The sneaky 'Weejuns took dogs which could haul the sleds to the pole, then got despatched and added to the pot on the way back.

As fun as these threads you keep doing are Thor, I remember reading a study that showed 'liberals' are 5.5 times more likely to be vegetarians than 'conservatives', due to less environmental/social concerns around meat. So if anything I think you're about 5.5 times more likely to eat dogs than we are.

One man's meat, is another man's poison. I am told that on the Continent, Robins are not friendly little chappies, bur extremely wary. They know that they could always end up on someone's plate. Don't forget the Frogs eat snails as well grenouille. At Calais on the road that leads to Auchan, on the right is a Chevaline complete with a model of a horse's head. The jolly British ate swans in Tudor times, if you were well enough connected. Preceded by lark's tongues in aspic. Thor how do you know that your diatribe is accurate?

That’s rover the question. I did try be a veggie when I was a teenager, it didn’t work for me. I love dogs too much to ever eat one, frankly people who do are wrong in the head. Last year I had to make the painful decision to put my dog to sleep after a tumour ruptured his spleen. It was one of the saddest days of my life, I still think about him now. He was a top top dog and if you’ve ever owned one you would know and understand that the bond between a man and his dog is unbreakable and his place within the family is like he was born into it rather than we picked each other when he was a small puppy.

I’ve been blessed with good dogs all my life and one day when I get another one that bond will be made once more and the adventure begins once again. A dog is mans best friend, a friend that doesn’t want anything from you, a loyal friend who stands tall with you who showers you with love and affection and asks for nothing in return.

Yet we drink milk by the gallon
Something that is so naturally wrong for us .

We eat Cows which some parts of the world find abhorent ,
Right now the world is being asked to eat insects in many different ways.

Science proves it gives us far more energy with a much lower green footprint
than the way we farm food now .

Milk is an issue for some, but not all people. As for the vegans et al the amount of insects killed for their food source far out weighs anything we do for meat as literally billions of insects die harvesting the fields yet that’s ok?

Firstly, to combine your other post, sorry to hear about your dog mate. I'm a huge dog lover and felt that post too. When we had to say bye to our 17 year old I was in bits for months. Dreading the next one going.

I'd ask you a few things back, why is it sick to eat a dog but not a pig?

RE: the vegan thing - I think you're misunderstanding it. It's not about believing you can be 100% no kill all the time, you can't be. But the difference being we breed and rear cows with the sole purpose to kill them to eat. The insects that die during veggie harvesting aren't being killed by desire to eat them or just because. One is because you want to kill them, one is where you essentially have to. I'm also not sure how true it is that the amount of insects killed far outweights anything we do for meat taking into account usage of water, CO2 etc. Veganism is sometimes social, sometimes moral, sometimes both and more. But good try. ;)

If you tell me you've seen a YouTube video where vegan farmers are out in the woods with rifles searching for insects I will literally implode.

It is a proven fact that people of a centre right disposition are 10 times happier in life as they don't look upon others with envy, are not jealous of others and live happy and contented lives and not bitter and twisted like our centre left and hard left adversaries.
