Happy to see Joe sign up, a most improved player. Needs to learn to win a few more headers.
I think that JMD is shaping-up nicely as our dead-ball specialist.
His shot against the post on Sunday was very like his goal against Aston Villa U23's.
If Jobi doesn't play a full season of games, I'd like to see JMD taking on the free-kicks.

Not to go against the grain a little bit but after next season I think people might be annoyed we gave him two years.

Don’t get me wrong, good season overall and glad he signed but I don’t see him as much more than a squad player and cover for CB. He’s a limited 30 year old, who doesn’t really suit a 5 man defence. We’ll see I guess.

He was player of the season for a reason.

I think he's absolutely fine as the attacking wing back, really grown into the role. And Justin ranks him higher than Happe when it comes to the CB roles as well.

If we get promotion again then yeah, might be a step too far but we'll have to deal with that if it happens with a lot of players. No complaints from me on this at all.

Goodness, I never realised Joseph was 30? He looks about 23,especially with that hair do.
Much improved player. I don't see much of a problem with a 2 year extension.

Could be right. As I say, he’s fine but for me he’s average at NL level and think he might stick out a bit in league two. He had a storming start to the season but looked shaky in the last two months.

Good cover but think he may be pushed at lb by one of the kids

Do we still need another left back to provide him with some competition for his place.?

Be interested to see how close Ogie and Sweeney are as I think they are both LBs. would happily give them some experience and provide cover if Justin feels they are up to it

What reason was that? Player of the season was your favourite big faced player.

I must have seen Joe have at least half a dozen opportunities on goal but he just passes it,
But forget that the kids fantastic.

No, Joe Widdowson was (joint) Player of the Season (with Super Joshie C)
