Anyone seen this film ? On the box tonight and I wondered if it was worth a look 🤔.

There was originally a play commissioned by the Beeb. They bottled out at the last minute and didn't show it for another 11 years, Both film & play had cracking cast. But a heavy watch. Dennis Potter said he was in a very dark place when he wrote it. Because of his illness.

The Damned United is on BBC4 tonight at 9pm, all about Brian Clough's 44 days at Leeds United.

Watched that Damned United the other week and it was damned good

Took a while to find out that it is on London Live - TiVo will record while I watch Damned United again.
As good as the movie is the original TV interview with Clough and Revie is amazing. These guys really hate each other! Never seen anything like it.
