tuffers the club as you point out is a business and decisions are taken as you know all the time for what the company feels is the best way forwards / operate. No one on here knows if Emma was any good at her job something no one has considered as to why she was made redundant, or could her role be rolled in to someone else's. What the main gripe seems to be is the words used by ML in why she was made redundant followed by further actions of employment which countered his previous comments.
The issue most seem to have is ML, his choice of language and his subsequent actions. Thats not the club that's the employee.
