A CB to replace Ekpiteta
A Forward, maybe two, to replace Harrold and Alabi
a RB, because Ling is a Conference player, and Judd is only a little bit better, plus he's injury prone
Get those in, and we have a shout at a possible play off position

Present squad is very weak and when I say that I’d compere it to the early
1980s squad when we were very poor ..

I feel the real concern for the Owners, Management and Fans alike
would be can we keep the long term injured off the treatment table
and hopefully contributing to the cause on the pitch...

We currently have 22 pros, we need one striker and one centre back to take us to 24.

If/when Sotiriou leaves, we'll need another wide player that can play up front if needed.

Quite fancy our chances personally.

Settled and focused squad/management.

Will be putting a few quid on for this season.

Can make a case against most teams in this division.

RB - our loan CM Marsh ended up better there than either of our dedicated players
CB - replace Ekpiteta or an RB as above who can fill in at CB
ST - someone with physical presence who doesn't mind doing the donkey work. Make that two if / when Sotiriou goes

A lot of this squad planning relies on older / injury prone players staying fit. Imagine how it will look if Dayton, McAnuff, Ling, Turley etc all break down early in the season. Big pressure on the fitness team to sort things out after last season where we were well off the pace and picking up lots of injuries.

Our current squad should lead us to 12th at best.
