Scott Parker
So happy to see Scott Parker lead Fulham to promotion as a player he always gave 100% effort and along with his determination and skills had a great career.
Seems to be a really genuinely honest and humble person, hopefully he continues successfully as a top English manager.

Re: Scott Parker
Another player who never quite managed to do it at 1 of the Big 6 clubs .
Always decent in an average premier league side ,
Just missed that bit extra to be real top notch

Re: Scott Parker
Agree, always speaks very well whenever I've listened to him. Very low profile as a player and starting to carve out a managerial career. Possible future England manager. Also, with all the tracksuit managers nowadays good to see him looking immaculate in a suit.AckneyAwks wrote: ↑Wed Aug 05, 2020 11:36 am So happy to see Scott Parker lead Fulham to promotion as a player he always gave 100% effort and along with his determination and skills had a great career.

Shows that he's in charge in my opinion and treating the job with respect. Tracksuits are for training in the week leading up to the game. Saturday/matchday is business.

Re: Scott Parker
Sometimes in life you dont get the rewards for the effort and qualities you possess. The type of footballer he was is everything i admire and want to see in my team every week 8/9 out of 10 and i would "Just love it" if he reaches the top in management.

So Brian Clough didn’t show he was in charge then?kokomO wrote: ↑Wed Aug 05, 2020 12:23 pmAgree, always speaks very well whenever I've listened to him. Re: Scott Parker
I’ll give you Clough but he was a one off and it’s always example of someone’s desperation when they have to use extremes. Re: Scott Parker
I was just pointing out clough wasnt a one off as to not wearing a suit .
Plenty of managers " nowadays" wear a suit ,
Id much raher a track suit or a suit to how pep dresses he just looks like
a skateboarder who is into indy music a bit to much.
Even if he's wearing prada/gucci .
