Re: Sheffield Wednesday
If the “crime” was in this season then surely the punishment should also be dealt with in the same period?

Re: Sheffield Wednesday
What concerns me is the season is over, and there's legal challenges going on, football should never be at that point, it's not fair on the fans, players or clubs, and the authorities should have sorted this out in sufficient time so that any challenges can be dealt with during the season not after it.
Ridiculous situation.

Totally agree, unfortunately we're dealing with the EFL though!EastDerehamO wrote: ↑Sat Aug 01, 2020 9:03 pm What concerns me is the season is over, and there's legal challenges going on, football should never be at that point, it's not fair on the fans, players or clubs, and the authorities should have sorted this out in sufficient time so that any challenges can be dealt with during the season not after it.

EFL dodging all the big decisions again. So much for the integrity of the competition.

Re: Sheffield Wednesday
Think it died at 5pm on Saturday 29th April 2017. when the EFL instructed that the Colchester game must finish behind closed doors to protect the "integrity of the competition" - despite them standing back and doing sweet FA about a dictorial mad man decimating our club for month after month.
