It was said on the radio commentary that three weeks without a game before the final didn’t do us any favours. Some truth in that I suspect. But I’ll take the double over Fylde in the league in preference to the Trophy win, and well done them for winning it.

.. That we are not good enough, and were fortunate to get automatic promotion. I hope we recognise this going into next season.

I learned that Wembley have a wider range of beer on sale on non league finals day than on FA cup final day. (3 real ales as opposed to 2)

I learned drink prices were 60p per pint less on Sunday than Saturday..

I learned that the team scoring most goals wins. Happened in FA Cup Final, FA Vase and FA Trophy finals, so probably wasn't a coincidence.

I learned hitting the posts numerous times is no match for actually scoring.

I learned that Fylde wanted the win more than Orient, probably helped by fact Orient had 3 weeks off after winning the league that Fylde never

I learned that

That there's a lot of fans of other (mainly London-based) clubs who have a soft spot for Leyton Orient.

In the cray section we had the choice of this.

Budweiser
Magners
Pale ale

Poor selection. We got proper done over there, no burgers either!

We had 3 real ales in block 143. Was in same block on Saturday and only 2 realises then. There was a separate real ale bar. No idea what was on sale at other bars
