Is nauseating in the extreme........
I swear it wasn’t like this for any other title presentation , even when Leicester won it.
On the most exciting night in the championship for years, they had Liverpool broadcast across their network....
It was like this for Leicester.
The EFL was on another Sky Sports channel and the winner had already been decided. Also the Premier League is their flagship product anyway.
So who was the Leicester equivalent of Sir Kenny Dalgleish’s daughter presenting the show interviewing Graeme Souness & John Barnes with Carragher co-commentating. Who was the Leicester equivalent of that then when they won it SF?
Meanwhile the Liverpool love in is STILL ongoing on Sky One, not even the sports channel........

I didn't watch it, but congratulations to the Scousers on breaking their PL duck. It must have been awful for Liverpool armchair fans these last 30 years, with only 17 trophies to make up for all that hurt.

Aww diddums.
Great answer , (when you haven’t got any other),
It was the most suitable one, that's for sure.
Kelly Cates has been presenting for Sky Sports since Simon Thomas stepped down, Carragher has been a regular commentator for years and Souness is a regular pundit. Did Barnes play for them when they last won the league? Putting that group together makes sense in the context of them lifting the trophy.
So really the points you highlight are easily explained if you just think about it instead of impair your thought process by having a tizzy.

Carragher has been a regular commentator for years...
Heaven knows why. I can barely understand him. I put the subtitles on once to help and whoever was writing them was equally puzzled. I have to turn the sound down when he co-commentates, just too frustrating.

Thanks for the effort of a constructive reply rather than the earlier one.

That response was because I don't get why their televised showing of the trophy presentation was so upsetting. I'd have preferred Liverpool not to have won it too.
