Season Ticket renewal arse ache
The club seem to be acting like they are on Mars when it comes to communication right now. I think its a poor show considering.
It seems OK for them to keep on and on 'reminding me' about the deadline approaching for early bird purchases, but if you have any question to ask or wish to make any amendment to your current seating/ticket arrangement you might as well be blowing steam up your own backside for all the response forthcoming.
I was in danger of missing the 30th June deadline as I couldn't get a reply from the club about the possibility of getting another 1-2 tickets adjacent to the two I already have. I expect the next deadline may also come and go and I'll not even have the two I presently use.
I'm not that much in love with Embleford to want to keep chasing this up

Over the last two seasons and I have probably missed one or two, that's a full team of BAME players, you are talking nonsense as usual.

I normally send a tweet to Danny Macklin and get a response within an hour or two.ContrifibulatoryFred wrote: ↑Fri Jun 26, 2020 12:42 pm The club seem to be acting like they are on Mars when it comes to communication right now. I think its a poor show considering.

The staff being furloughed is obviously affecting things but either a tweet or Email to Danny works for me.

BAME representation on the pitch is not the issue anywhere in football.Top of the JES wrote: ↑Fri Jun 26, 2020 1:24 pmVigarouxApple Wumble wrote: ↑Fri Jun 26, 2020 12:54 pm Not enough BAME representation for me so not renewing mine.

Re: Season Ticket renewal arse ache
I emailed enquiries@leytonorient.net and I received a reply from Danny Macklin within two minutes. How's that for service?
I won't quote the exact response, but pretty much, it's a busy period, with lot's of staff on furlough. I don't think it's too much for them to ask us to be patient.

Having similar problems attempting to renew today - the form just doesn’t complete
Emailed the club and have received two emails from Danny Macklin almost immediately - great service (not so great website)

Re: Season Ticket renewal arse ache
I completed that monkey survey to ask for my season ticket refund(s) to be applied to my account for future use but haven't had anything back in the way of a response.
Anyone else (not) had the same?

Re: Season Ticket renewal arse ache
Update:
Communication again with Danny Macklin personally via email on Saturday as I’d not been able to complete the online form (website is not good) and was promised a call to complete the purchase.
Sunday... Lindsay Martin called my mobile to take the payment.
Great service by really caring people

Same here. They said there's a backlog and it seems like there's 1 woman doing it on her own.

Sent the forms off the other week, not had the phone call but working on the theory they'll get round to it eventually and seats should be safe. Well they'd better be or else it's bye bye ST.

Re: Season Ticket renewal arse ache
at this point, just make the fulll price the 'early bird' price. It's gonna be extended until september if we carry on like this and with so much worry about going out in public places, they need all the fans they can get to buy one.

The arse ache continues
Got a 'bear with us' email from Danny Macklin last week but no progress with season ticket renewal
Can only assume that the whole process is being coordinated by Embleford

Re: Season Ticket renewal arse ache
I've had a couple of email exchanges with Lindsey and I think they're doing their best given that their online ticketing system is crap, and/or not working at all. Having to fall back to a manual call-out system is painful to say the least. I expect to hear back when I hear back.....
