A dohnut isnt the cause of diabetes & obesity .

You do know that if you eat a hefty Protein meal , that eating a sugary desert pretty much straight afterwards helps to break down the meat.

Where as a Tomato has massive amounts of Natural Sugar as do apples & certain salads
Which would be of little use to people with diabetes.

Controlling what you eat & fasting is very important to you r entire diet.
